  Sold: Acreage in Hale County, AL November 2013: HRE represented the seller in the sale of approximately 390 acres in Hale County, AL.
SOLD: Warehouse located in Harpersville, AL May 2013: HRE represented the seller in the sale of 15,000 SF and 7,500 SF of warehouse space located in Harpersville, AL.   Success Story: Independence Corner April 2013: For over 15 years HRE has represented the landlord for all lease negotiations in this Homewood, AL retail shopping center. HRE was also responsible for coordinating the redevelopment marketing and naming of Independence Corner in 2005.

SOLD: Former NTB Building June 2012: Former NTB Tire Store was sold to an independent automotive repair and tire company. HRE listed the 15,608 SF building situated on 1.8 +/- acres off of I-59 in Fairfield, AL. HRE negotiated a lease in 2007 and later a sale on behalf of the owner/landlord. > View Flyer   August 2007: HRE negotiated a lease for a new Kobe at Midtown Village in Tuscaloosa, AL, which was the second time HRE represented this client in lease negotiations. HRE also represented the client in its search for sites for three, new free standing locations. Hollis originally worked with the client in the site selection/buyer representation, and acquisition of the Kobe at Grandview on Hwy 280 in Birmingham.
SOLD: 2121 Southwinds Circle December 2005: HRE marketed and sold this beautiful home in Hoover, AL's Southlake subdivision after coordinating with the owner for a new exterior design and construction. Homewood Center Gets New Look February 2005: Muirfield Village owners are changing the Homewood, AL shopping center’s name and starting storefront renovations later this month. They hired Hollis Real Estate to develop and manage the property, asking for a renovation plan to attract new tenants.

  Success Story: Plaza Fiesta 2004: Soon after its founding, HRE developed Birmingham's first Hispanic grocery-anchored center in Hoover, AL on Lorna Road. Hollis pre-leased the center, which includes a restaurant, grocery, and laundromat prior to the start of construction. > Read success story
SouthTrust buys rare patch of 280 September 2004: One of the few remaining undeveloped parcels along the busy U.S. Highway 280 corridor in north Shelby County, AL was sold last week to SouthTrust Bank.
